James Francis Flynn (he/him) was born and raised in Oxford, Ohio. He has lived or studied in Livry Gargan, France; Olympia, Washington; Kathmandu, Nepal; Florence, Italy, and Chicago, Illinois. He is a graduate of the Western College Program at Miami University and an attendee of the Werner Herzog Rogue Film School.
